  1. Create a folder to store SPAM messages in. Select File : Folder : New Folder, name and specify the placement of the folder.

  2. Open the message you want to base a rule on.

  3. Click Message : Create Rule From Message...

  4. In the Create Rule From Message... dialog box.

    1. Check Where the subject line contains specific words.

    2. Check Move it to the specified folder.

    3. Click contains specific word and enter *****SPAM***** then click Add.

    4. Click specified and select your newly created folder then click OK.

    5. Name the rule and click OK.

  5. Periodically review your SPAM folder to verify that legitimate e-mail has not been flagged as SPAM. It is recommended that this folder's contents are deleted after review.
