Steps for Creating a SPAM Filter Rule for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
  1. Create a folder to store SPAM messages in. Select File : Folder : New Folder. Name and specify the placement of the new folder.

  2. Open the message you want to base a rule on.
  3. On the toolbar, click Create Rule.

  4. In the Create Rule dialog box, check Subject contains and enter *****SPAM*****. Check Move e-mail to folder, select your newly created folder and click OK.

  5. Periodically review your SPAM folder to verify that legitimate e-mail has not been flagged as SPAM.
