When The Women's Golf Shop launched their new online catalog they notified subscribers to their opt-in email list. The response was overwelming and momentum has continued to build since the launch. They keep in touch with subscribers regularly and let them know about new products, sales, etc. Because email communication is so important to The Women's Golf Shop, we built a customized contact and email campaign management application for them. Email messages are sent from a simple Web-based administration interface and stored in a database. We also included a number of evaluation features so that they can tailor email messages according to campaign goals and audience preferences.
