Devine & Pearson Communications designed and produced a beautiful Web site for Plympton, a lovely town in southeastern Massachusetts. They asked us to build a custom Calendar Application for the Web site - with lots of bells and whistles - so the calendar is both useful and easy to keep updated. We created a searchable database where event information is stored and a flexible application that dynamically displays both summary and detail information about events to visitors to the Web site. Events are easily added and updated using a Web-based administration tool. The Administrator can dynamically create access accounts and passwords for other folks, so that various departments and organizations can contribute to the calendar.
