We developed an online proposal generator that enables the Mac-Gray sales force to build custom proposals and manage qualified sales leads. The application extracts a template from multiple proposal layouts and combines it with specific data entered by the sales representative. The document that results is a customized, high quality proposal. The application we built also has a built-in lead management tool and query interface that enables the Sales Management team to review and prioritize qualified leads.
