Redesigned International Air Freight option brings efficiency to online Rate Quote request processing for DHL Global Forwarding.
April 6, 2009 Fishnet NewMedia helped DHL automate their rate quote processing for International Air Freight. Formerly, online rate quote requests required manual entry to DHL’s rate quote system. With the redesigned forms, requests submitted via the site now automatically feed DHL’s internal RPMS rate quote system resulting in more automated handling by their agents.
