Enhanced AHOY.COM Contact & Email Manager Web Solution is Released

New features enhance administration and reporting functionality.

October 21, 2004 An enhanced AHOY.COM Contact & Email Manager Web Solution has been released and made available for Fishnet NewMedia's Web & Internet Hosting clients. Enhancements and new features include:

1. The administrator can preview HTML- formatted email messages from the message maintenance page.

2. The administrator can maintain the contact database without inputting required fields.

3. Mailing Activity Reports have been enhanced and now include the following information: date sent, description, subject, version, messages sent, delivers, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes

4. Text message tracking records an open if the recipient clicks on any traceable link in the email message received.

5. Click tracking has been enhanced to track both total clicks and unique clicks on any email message sent. The contact administrator can view a detailed report showing total and unique clicks and the percentage totals for the links included in the message.
