Will I have to install special software on my computer so that I can use the Administrator utility of AHOY.COM solutions? |

No. All AHOY.COM solutions are built on Web technology so all you need is a Web browser - either Internet Explorer (5.5 or greater) or Netscape 7.0 (or greater) are recommended. |

What if I get an error attempting to login to the administration area? |
 |
First check to make certain that you have a good internet connection. If you do have a good connection, check to make sure that you have provided the correct username and password - remember, usernames and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE. |

When I upload a .jpg file the image does not display. |
 |
The Web does not support .jpg images in CMYK color format - the format must be RGB. If you uploaded a .jpg image file and see an "x" where the image should be placed, your image is most likely formatted as CMYK. In order to change the format you will have to make the change within your photo editor. |

I get an error when uploading an image. What should I do? |
 |
If you get an error when uploading an image the first thing to do is verify that it is formatted correctly. Also check the file name. File names can only contain letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens. Other characters are not permitted. If you are using a Macintosh make sure that the extension is turned on. |

How does the eCatalog search work? |
 |
Enter one or more keyword(s) into the search box that is displayed. The built-in search engine will return a list of products containing a keyword in the title and/or description fields. To limit the search results you can narrow the search to only the products in a selected category.

How many product options can each product have? |
 |
A product can have up to four options, so you will have lots of flexibility in specifying product variability. A product option can contain numerous values, each of which can have its own product code and price. |

I have several products that I would like to add that contain similar information, do I have to recreate them all from scratch? |

No. You can use the "copy" function from the Product Maintenance main page. This will allow you to copy some or all (except the product ID) of the information from another product. |

How do I know how many visitors came to my Web site? |
 |
Weekly and monthly statistical reports are run by the server. At any time you can view your weekly and monthly Web site reporting. A weekly reminder on Monday morning is sent to the contact email address that was provided during the installation and set-up. |

How do I change the sort order of top level categories? |
 |
To change the sort order of categories at the top level, select:
- Categories
- Top Level
- Maintenance Options
- Sort categories in this category - Submit

How can I move a product to a different category? |
 |
From the product detail page select the Parent Category - select button. From the pop-up window, highlight categories you would like the product to display in by clicking the category title and select "Update". You will then return to the product detail page and select "Update" to complete the process. |
