| 1. | Take I-93 S to the RT-3 S exit, exit number 7, on the left towards BRAINTREE/CAPE COD. |
| 2. | Merge onto RT-3 S and continue on RT-3 S for approximately 40 miles to HERRING POND RD exit, exit number 2, towards RT-3A/CEDARVILLE/SCUSSET BEACH. |
| 3. | Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp and merge onto HERRING POND RD. |
| 4. | Turn RIGHT onto STATE RD/RT-3A and continue on STATE RD for approximately 1.2 miles. |
| 5. | Take first LEFT after fork in road into Kirkwood Point located at 180 State Road. |
From Mass Pike / I-90
| 1. | Take I-90 E (Mass Pike) to the I-495 exit, exit number 11A, towards N.H. - MAINE/CAPE COD. |
| 2. | Merge onto I-495 S and continue on I-495 S for approximately 58 miles. |
| 3. | I-495 S becomes MA-25 E. Continue another 10 miles to US-6 exit, exit number 2, towards BOURNE/SAGAMORE. |
| 4. | Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto US-6 E. |
| 5. | Continue on US-6 E. for another 6 miles to another roundabout and take 3rd exit onto MEETINGHOUSE LN/MA-3A E. |
| 6. | Turn LEFT onto STATE RD/MA-3A. |
| 7. | Continue on STATE RD/MA-3A. for approximately 2 miles. |
| 8. | Take a right into Kirkwood Point located at 180 State Road. |
From Logan Airport
| 1. | Follow AIRPORT EXIT/CENTRAL PARKING.
| | 2. | Upon exiting the Logan Airport, take the RT-1A S ramp towards I-93/SUMNER TUNNEL/BOSTON for approximately 1.5 miles. |
| 3. | Turn RIGHT onto CROSS ST. |
| 4. | Turn LEFT onto ramp for US-1 S/I 93 S and continue on US-1 S/I 93 S for appoximately 10.5 miles. |
| 5. | Take the RT-3 S exit, exit number 7, on the left towards BRAINTREE/CAPE COD. |
| 6. | Merge onto MA-3 S and continue on MA-3 S to for approximately 40 miles to HERRING POND RD exit, exit number 2, towards RT-3A/CEDARVILLE/SCUSSET BEACH. |
| 7. | Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp and merge onto HERRING POND RD. |
| 8. | Turn RIGHT onto STATE RD/MA-3A and continue on STATE RD for approximately 1.2 miles. |
| 9. | Take first LEFT after fork in road into Kirkwood Point located at 180 State Road. |
From Cape Cod
| 1. | Take US-6 W over the Sagamore Bridge. |
| 2. | Enter roundabout and take 2nd exit onto MEETINGHOUSE LN/MA-3A E. |
| 3. | Turn LEFT onto STATE RD/MA-3A. |
| 4. | Continue on STATE RD/MA-3A. for approximately 2 miles. |
| 5. | Take a RIGHT into Kirkwood Point located at 180 State Road. |
